  1. Please visit our website, www.travelden.com to make your reservations. It is a seamless and user friendly process. Enter your departure and arrival cities, travel dates and the number of travelers then click ‘search’. Review various options/itinerary and click the ‘book now’ button next to your preferred airline, price and itinerary. Insert passenger details according to your passport data-page and click ‘continue’. Select any additional service you would like to purchase. Select your preferred method of payment and proceed to make payment. Once payment is confirmed, via e-mail, you will receive your booking confirmation and your e-ticket.

There are several payment channels. You can choose the most convenient for you.

To pay using bank transfer or bank deposit select the ‘bank transfer / bank deposit’ option on ‘the payment’ page.
You can pay the amount due by either transfer, cheque or cash deposit to either of the following account numbers with your Travelden booking reference.

We usually ask you to give us at least two hours after making a bank transfer or deposit before issuance to allow us confirm your payment. For bank transfers and deposits please ensure you use your Travelden reference when making the payment or beneficiary reference. Failure to do so may lead to delay in ticket issuance.
Please note that ticket can only be issued upon confirmation of full payment. Fares online are not guaranteed until your payment has been confirmed. So please don’t risk your fare expiring and make your payment as soon as possible!
